What do you think that Nibbler mean when he spoke about Leela as "the other"?

I think he was grasping at straws to try and manipulate Fry.

It was most likely put there as a means to continue the Nibblonian story arc. It goes hand in hand with this:
Fry: Well, the next time you need a savior, just ask!
Nibbler: Oh, we will. We *will*.

Unfortunately, we'll never get to see it
