She said "Hi" in a tone that can't be described as anything but "friendly and casual", I'd hardly call that flirting.

Plus she was addressing all the atomic super mutants, just that Arachneon was the only one who responded in kind.

I think Amy is authentic about her feelings for Kif...after all if she was just using him why would she have been to determined to save him from Snu Snu in Amazon Women in the Mood.
Furthermore why would she have saved Kif's spawn/babies and helped them to reach the swamp in KGKUAN?

I think at first the relationship was to keep her parents off her back. Then somewhere in there her parents started to hate kiff. So now she is just staying with him to annoy her parents. She basically said so herself in WTBR at the end of the show.
Who hasn't dated someone just to piss off their parents?
But who knows it could be true love
