I'm surprised to see so few Morbo picks... gah, I wish I were better at remembering quotes... he's just got so many good lines.  Or should I say, a high percentage of good lines, since he doesn't really have too many of them.  But what good useage he gets of those few opportunities to shine!

Zapp and Kif work great together, but Kif is only funny when he's around Zapp, not when he's his in his lovey-dovey moods around Amy.

I also LOVED Malfunctioning Eddy - he was just so funny in Insane In The Mainframe.

Mom's youngest son is named Ignor, by the way. 
I disagree about the commentaries - most of the writers are really funny in reference to their own writing (Ken Keeler, Patric Verrone, Lew Morton and Stewart Burns to name a few!).  Some of the animators are a bit quiet, but they're paid to do visual gags rather than spoken or written ones.  And Rich Moore rocks!
And no-one has mentioned Nibbler!!
