I'm sure Elzar's Fine Cuisine will show up a few more times, so I'll rate the chance of seeing Elzar as fair.

Elzar: Hey, look at this crowd. You guys got to try the pasta. It's got a real nice profit margin. Bam! So, special occasion tonight?
Bender: Oh, Elzar, you'll never guess what's happened.
Elzar: Bam?
Bender: I've met the most dynamite ladybot.
Elzar: Hey, that's terrific. To celebrate, I'm going to stick seven copies of my latest cookbook on your bill.
Bender: Bless you, sir.

I always thought that it actually was Emeril doing his voice uncredited, it turns out from the DVD commentary (or at least that's what they say) that it's John DiMaggio doing it. He does a damn good imitation.
I like Emeril's show, all the stuff I cook from it turns out good.

I think he may show up in a "Fine Dining" scene in "Bender Should Not Be Allowed on TV," and maybe Fry takes Leela out there in "The Devil's Hands..." Looking through the future episodes, that seems to be all I can think of where Elzar would reappear. Anyone else think otherwise?

I don't llike him, after blinding Leela then charging the group for the meal, that is a shot below the belt. Plus I think his catch line, Lets kick it up a notch, bam, are overused.

Of course Elzar would show up again. His restaurant is the only fine cuisine.
