There are many Neptunians they ran the spa in Teenage Mutant Leela's Hurdles, and apeared in a bunch of episodes as background filler.

Yeah, the Neptunians, they're cool It seems like they're important for several DOOP worlds - being chefs, elves, youthasizing-assistants, etc ... I'm still wondering if they are really from Neptune or are they just called Neptunians but have nothing to do with a certain planet of the Sol system. A thousands miles deep hydrogen/helium athmosphere/ozean, 10,000 miles/hour storms and below - 100 °F doesn't makes Neptune a good place for your next Summer holidays. Or even life generally.

Much like Mars (mightiest of planets!), Neptune has probably been terraformed, and made habitable. That goes for most of the Solar system, otherwise how could Zoidberg, Amy and Fry survivie on Europa. Not so much the freezing temperatures or the lack of an atmosphere, but more the lethal radiation from Jupiter, that would kill unprotected humans in minutes. At any rate the Neptunians live on the frozen polar caps of Neptune, and it looks quite pleasant, so yes I think they're native to the planet. Maybe David Cohen will come with a scientific plausible explanation in the season 3 audio commentaries.

Yeah I also just noticed Elzar was a Neptunian. Guess the ones in Tales of Two Santa were what happened if they are mal nurished, but the ones that are nourished turn out to be like Elzar.

Drunknmunky, that is the very reason your mother wont buy you any pets
