I thought the Fry/Amy relationship worked well in that episode, but I would have hated to see it as a running relationship week-after-week. IMO, the Fry/Leela relationship has so much more depth to it. Plus, I think Amy and Kif make a better couple than Fry and Amy would have made.

I always thought that Zoidberg and Hermes hated eachother because Zoidberg sucks at his job and is a drain on the company. That explains why Hermes hates him and then Hermes does whatever he can to try and force him to quit (mostly by coming up with excuses why he can't receive his next paycheck). Zoidberg hate Hermes (to a much lesser extent) just because Hermes is a jerk towards him even more so than his othe coworkers. Only question, why is it that Zoidberg is never fired? Please correct me if I'm wrong about my assumptions because I haven't seen all of the episodes.

That's pretty much what I think as well down to a tee.

I really liked the way that "PYHOMS" ended.  It left both the Fry/Leela thing and the Fry/Amy thing as possibilities.  Unfortunately, later episodes pretty much ignored that it had ever happened.

Well, duh.  Of course it does.

I just think that it's a little too convenient to pair Amy up with Kif, leaving Fry and Leela to couple up.  I'm all for having Fry and Leela end up together in the end, but they don't have to get there in a straight line.

Yep I'm going with Zapp and Kiff!  Yes they are great individuals, but the true magic comes wen they are together, amazing on screen chemistry that's sure to interest and crack me up every time!

I also like Linda and Morbo, and Lurr and his Wife, they have hillarious relationships.
