in the episode where leela enters nibbler into a contest and then they go to nibblers planet (i dont know what it was called) there is a cat with a man's head. that was pretty weird looking.

Dave Spiegel and his owner was named Fluffers. Dave had a normal human body, but it looked like he had 3 nipples in a triangular shape.

Nibblers planet is called Eternium.

I think you get used to weird-looking characters once you've watched Futurama for a bit.

I've just remembered another really weird looking character. There was a monster in 'A Taste of Freedom' that was brown and a thin stick like body and black eyes. I think he was called the pain monster.

That trumpet-nose chick in "Lesser Of Two Evils" that Zapp tried to hit on. She was weird.

Now that I think about it all the characters in Futurama look strange with the possible exception of Fry. I mean there is Leela who only has one eye, Bender who is a strange robot, Zoidberg who is a alien and also all the others characters. But by the end of the first episode (here they showed the first 2 directly after each other) you get use to their strange apperences.
