Just wondering what you think might be some failed catch phrases in the show, example
Prof. I should help him... but I am already in my Pajamas ::falls asleap::

Any others?

Not a catcgphrase, but I noticed Leela slaps Fry on the hands alot during the first 2 seasons (SP3K, Lesser of two evils, Hell is other robots, etc) , but haven't done it at all through season 3 and 4.

I like all the variations of 'bit my shiny/collosal/red hot glowing ass'.. There should be more of them, but there haven't been recently.

Yeah, a lot of things that we thought we'd see a lot are dropped in most shows. When was the last time you saw Bart on his skateboard besides the opening credits?

I don't think catchphrases really work in Futurama. Seasons 1 & 2 had a few in them, but they didn't work so Season 3 & 4 didn't have any.

The professor doesn't say "Sweet Zombie Jesus!" anymore.  I really liked that line.

I would like Leela to have a catch phrase, the "Noone makes fun of my nose" line was hillarious, but not quite catch phrase material.

Too bad Leela's ex-boss doesn't feature more. I really like his line "Ohh, my various Gods!", it's actually become part of my everyday vocabulary.

Also, if I remember right, Amy was supposed to fall/trip/get into stupid accidents more in the first season than she has in the later seasons. Her "klutz"-ness has sort of been left behind.

I'm not sure if this was supposed to be a catchphrase or what, but I recently rewatched "Mother's Day", and in that and a few other episodes, Amy's about to do something really stupid (in this case, sticking her hand in the garbage disposal), followed by Bender yelling "IDIOT!" I know I've heard it before, anyone know which episodes?

All the characters say that. Leela has called both Fry and Bender idiots. I guess it the smart chain: Leela can call all of them idiots, Bender has called Fry and Amy moronish names..... thats it.

Well I know he's not a major character or anything, but Terry, the guy who worked with Leela in the labs has the prase 'Welcome to the world of tomorrow' And he says it in that sort of overly dramatic way. Well in another episode..I forget which one..when he's invited over with some others to play cards, he says 'Let the game begin' again in that sort of over dramatic voice. I guess thats kinda like his trademark voice  :)

I guess the whole bit at the truckstop with Fry was kinda funny ("She's got more meat than a cow!" ) but I still thought it coulda been funnier (longer).

Zoidber's bad doctor lines have been replaced by misery of being alone lines.

This thread exists, so I'll repeat myself:
The Professor twice said: But I am already in my pyjamas, once in the first and once in the second episodes. He doesn't say this anymore.
