I'm working on a definitive list of every Hermes reference to other Jamaican interests and figured that PEEL would be a great place to check it against. I humbly submit to you in no particular order:

The Sting - burning timecard
Bendin' in the Wind - the machine that lets you speed or slow the passage of time
Bender should not be allowed on TV - not a cigar, and it's not Hermes'
Anthology of interest - ... right after I flush something.
Devil's hands - Shirley Hemple
HHGHGB - relaxing the traditional Jamaican way
Bend Her - detaining the limbo team
Insane in the mainframe: munchies for freedom
The route of all evil - hemp plant in background
Pharaoh to remember: getting small packages into the country
Lethal inspection - he's smoked a lot of paperwork in his day
The prisoner of benda - Three decades of the munchies
Prop infinity - "We're talking about a lot of things" one of my favorites
Benderama - big fat roach
All the presidents' heads: pager number
The terrestrial - sacred weed

Okay, what did I miss?

There are some Jamaican references that aren't about "paper" and "weed" and "roaches". This includes cuisine, bobsledding, and... I dunno, probably something else.

Sorry, I meant other Jamaican interests solely as a euphemism for marijuana. Surprised that there's only a single reference in season 7 I could find, as they definitely got more overt as the series went on.

Okay, what did I miss?

Ghost in the Machines:

Dr. Zoidberg: Hey, look.
[points]
Dr. Zoidberg: A fog is rolling in.
Hermes Conrad: No, that's just the Jamaican pride float.
Amy Wong: Looks like it's speeding up.
Hermes Conrad: Oh, no! It's within munching distance of the Doritos float!

Haha, well done and thank you.

EDIT: Apparently I missed the munchies reference in "Attack of the Killer App" as well.

Far out. I never realised there were so many of these references.

I've been making similar lists on my own since I started watching the show.  Maybe I'll post some here.

For some reason I have mostly and constantly missed these Hermes references and I haven't even considered smoking weed being part of Hermes's character. wtf?

Fresh, original comedy rules dictate that any character of Jamaican descent HAS to partake. Shame on your for assuming otherwise about Hermes. no no

It was mostly an occasional gag until the Comedy Central run, during which it became a more prominent aspect of his character.

I also remember it being more prominent (or at least less subtle) during the CC era, though boxjohnson's list seems to suggest otherwise. That is, assuming it's more complete than it probably is.

The things that stood out to me were 0 references in the movies and only one in season 7 (albeit a fairly notable one with the Omnichronic).
