Amy does look her best when she is in her cheerleading outfit in TKOS. According to her it is enough to mike time skip forward.

Speaking as a man, even if I am a hot, sexy female man, the dress from AWITM was the best. It went through various stages of degradation and it still looked good.
Versatility is the key to any great outfit...

She looked good in the formal wear, but I liked her explanation for why she always dresses like it's laundry day.

That outfit didn't leave much to the imagination even when it was intact! It probably took the animators a while to work out what parts they could safely remove in the degradation process!

Amy looks good (for a cartoon) in anything, but my favorite has to be when she gets out of the tar pit in "Teenage Mutant Leela's Hurdles".
