Though I wouldn't be surprised if she actually owns the entire building, rather then just a segment of it.  Or she rents it out (the show never really makes it clear if she's living off her trust fund, or is remaining somewhat independent and generating her own funds somehow, or a bit of both)

I have no idea.  I assume he lives in the PE building, as we rarely see him leave.

fantafob, why can't you just look everything like this up on the Infosphere? Almost every thread you've made so far gets answered with an Infopshere page.

Almost every reply you give tells people to go to the Infosphere. I guess you are their spokesman or webmaster, but this is a forum where people can ask questions without having to use other websites.
You could use Wikipedia, Google, Bing, Comedy Central, FaceBook, Yahoo Answers and many others, but I choose this site. If you don't like my threads then don't reply to them.

We know so little about the guy/creature, and for such an awesome character it simply won't do! It's my hope that he one day makes another appearance in Futurama. Some more info about him would be good, like his shoe size, and what he eats for breakfast before training, important things like that which help weave a rich tapestry, giving a fuller picture of the character, yes...

It's the most detailed compilation of Futurama info available.

but this is a forum where people can ask questions without having to use other websites.

Only to the extent that they aren't an endless series of stupid questions. A forum is a place for discussion, not just demands for info that is easily attainable in mere seconds if you just apply a small modicum of effort.
