Would anyone be interested in seeing Zylex appear on the show again with a larger role than just a few measly frames?  I know he was only put into BBS as a gag to piss people off, but I always thought he was a cool design.  Who knows, he could end up playing a significant role in the show as an asset or possibly an antagonist to the crew - they did introduce him with the main cast, after all.

What for?  To ruin the joke?

While I agree that messing with established material is a touchy issue (Jurassic Bark being a prime example), I think ruin is a bit of a strong word.  It might diminish the impact of the joke somewhat, but if I was to weigh that against seeing Zylex again (which I really want to), I would rather have him appear again on the show.  He was just too cool!

Zylex was a really cool character!  Maybe he'll show up in this next season!  I liked him.
