Overall I would say Fry is my favorite. Zoidberg is a close second though, especially in the four movies.

Fry because I relate to him the most, but I also like bender too cause hes got the In your face attitude haha..

Farnsworth is by far my favourite main character of the show. He is such a well developed and though out character with so many fabulous one liners and quirks. This show would not be the same if it did not have the professor!

Hmm. Hard choice. I guess Fry, because his attachment to Leela gives him both personality and vulnerability. Leela would be my second choice because she's a tough broad with a heart of gold. Zoidberg would be my third because...I guess I feel sorry for him? And I like his voice.
