Who is Zoidberg's Daughter?

This is one of the more exciting things I've heard about the series, and I am most intrigued as to how the answer turns out!

Cloning could be the answer. Farnsworth has had a "son" without sex, maybe he was nice to John cause he felt sorry for him, and let him use the machine.

Then again, Zoidberg cant even keep himself in a comfortable manner so letting him have a cloned daughter would be very irresponsible.

I heard it in an offsite chatroom I go to occasionally.  Sure it could have been made up... but I hear that assuming the greenlight is lit, the futurama boys have some work cut out from them.

I said the same thing myself.  WMIBACIL, no?  The response I got, albeit rather vague, was that Futurama was a science fiction show... and making the unpossible possible is always doable when you have enough methods.  Including alternate realities, magic, and super advanced science.  It wouldn't be the first time they took something in a different direction from what seemed solid canon, is it?

I don't look at "New Season Lists"... and I'm not usually one to say stuff about Futurama unless I have a decent idea that it's possibly true.  Including discussing the plots of episodes before they came out years ago, or proclaiming that Futurama would come back after it got cancelled.  I was pretty right on the money with those.... with this, I'm not absolutely certain; hence the thread.  And if there is a fanfiction out there about Zoidberg having a daughter, I'd like to know.... maybe I'm wrong.

They've also gone back on the "Decapodians die after sex" rule a few times with the Zoidberg/mother flashbacks and most recently in Bender's Game, with Zoidy suggesting his parents pushed him into medical school.

When it comes to Zoidberg, I think they can just make it up as they go along, why not?

Actually nothing in the way they mentioned his parents indicated that they were alive, in fact quite to the contrary "Decapodian Woman: Sure, you can be a comedian instead of a doctor -- if you want your parents to roll over in their graves!". The nameless decapodian woman from the flash back wasn't his mother, just a decopodian who didn't mate and therefore was tasked with raising Zoidberg. However the decapodians die after sex thing seems to exclude the singular extraction of male jelly to make little crab claws and caviar that he attempts to serve to Hermes and others.

Mm-hm, it's been pointed out many, many times that the woman in the flashback wasn't necessarily his mother.   She could've been an aunt, some other relative or just someone who was taking care of him.

Zoidberg could have had his male jelly extracted and stored - thus preventing him from dying, whilst allowing it to be used in the Frenzy. If Zoidberg had a daughter via this method, then she would probably expect him to be dead - the family reuinion could be awkward.

Although, this begs the question why do Decapodians not simply remove their male jelly and their eggs prior to the Frenzy, and dump them into the water, prolonging their own lifespans and allowing them to raise their own children?

I suppose the Frenzy being the "greatest experience in life" means that none of them wish to miss out on it, but still... they're an amazingly backwards, primitive bunch of idiotic crab-monsters for a spacefaring society.

Also, Winna is just messing with you all.

Presumably there is fanfiction out there that involves a daughter for Zoidy. I mean, there's gotta be fanfics out there that have Zoidberg getting laid, right?
