Which of the reoccurring characters have Eye-brows?

Like:

Al Gore
NIxon

Those are the only characters I know of who have eyebrows.  All the rest don't seem to have any.  Expect maybe Mom's son Walt.

On the "Cyber House Rules" commentary, Matt Groening talks about how he never adds eyebrows to his character designs, and how Adlai's 'brow caterpillars looks strange to him.

Thought for someone who doesn't have them, Fry is able to make a passable attempt at doing a couple of rapid 'eyebrow lifts' near the end of BBS.
