Like the "Who do you want back?" thread, but different. This thread is where we talk about characters you DON'T want to see in the movies. They could be characters you hated, or characters that were so one-note there's no point to bringing them back (not that that's stopped certain shows I could name...)

Hedonism Bot.  What a waste.

Finally, someone who finds him as worthless as I do.  I never saw the appeal in his character at all.  :hmpf:

I kind of hope Flexo doesn't return.  He wasn't the worst character I've seen on the series, but one sarcastic, malicious bending unit per episode is enough, thank you very much; and the evil twin plot has run its course IMO.

I agree with ralph too, hedonism bot just isnt funny. he's like someone who's trying really hard to be funny, but not being themself.

I also think that guy who works in the cryogenics lab, who says 'welcome to the world of tommorow' in a dramatic voice is crap as well, he appeared in SP3000 and The Sting, not sure if he's been in any others but he shouldn't be !!!

I agree with those who said Hedonism Bot. Officer 1BDI has stated it all. I just don't understand how the writers could love him...

Could definitely live without seeing Whiny, Pathetic, Doormat-Kiffy, I much prefer Exasperated, Sarcastic, Passive-Aggressive Sidekick-Kif.

And Michelle. And Guenther.

Surely someone else thinks that guy, Terry, should die a painfull death too, he's such an annoying git! Bander was so much better at doing his job, with the gorilla masks, etc.

Michelle is pretty 2 dimensional, the only context I would like to see her back was some kind of ironic twist of fate were cruel misfortune came her way when she tried to mess with Fry again. I cant see Fry turning nasty on her, I dont think it's in his nature.

Wow, I didn't know you thought that too Teral.  I keep telling people that I preferred Kif & Amy both as characters before they started their relationship than afterwards.  They both added to the humor level as individual characters, but somehow bringing them together did quite the opposite.  :hmpf:

Michelle. It would ruin the movies for me if she came back. She's annoying, bitchy, and sucked the funny juice out of the orange that was The Cryonic Woman.

Okay, this will be a very unpopular choice, but... Umbriel. She was good eye candy, but she had the personality of a processed fish stick.

With the possible exception of those that have already been established (Lucy Liu, Star Trek cast...), I DON'T want to see any more celebrity guest heads.
The famous-guest-star-as-themself thing that Futurama and the Simpsons both do has always annoyed me, with rare exception. In Futurama it's even more of a contrivance that hinders believability.
I'm sure I'm alone in this thinking though.

Actually, I agree about the celebrities. The historical heads can stay, though. They've provided huge laughs.

You're not going to be very happy in four weeks, then.

(Although I guess it's always possible that Silverman's playing a completely different character....)

I thought Michelle made for a terrible girlfriend for Fry, but as a character she...

...

No, no.  She was a terrible character, too.  Utterly unlikable.

She was somewhat typical of the kind of girlfriend that lovable losers like Fry always end up with. Nasty bitches who take advantage of friendly trusting half-witted people.

Well, it seems there's a good bit of consensus about Michelle. Too bad she actually is making another appearance.
I also agree about the celebrity guest stars, but especially when an episode is centered around them, like Lucy Liu or Beck. That's just not necessary for a show of the quality of Futurama; cameos by heads like Pamela Anderson were okay, but the celebs shouldn't be the focus of the episode.

You speak of her being a slut as being a bad thing.  :p

Didn't look bad, horny as a toad, willing to give choice assignments to her lover...  Hey, I wanna meet her!

No, she's a great character.  She'd be a great foil for Leela (since Amy's become something of a friend of Leela's towards the end.)  You could easily get a couple of more eps out of her.

Michelle was written to be unlikable.  I think she reminds every man of at least one girlfriend in their past.

I don't want to see Michelle again same as like half of everyone else on this thread. I like the celebrity heads aslong as there isn't a whole episode reloving around them ala IDAR and BITW. Flexo, just something about his sense of humor the whole insult then the "Nah your alright" crap-ola he does.

I've said this before, but it bears repeating: Amy didn't do that to Kif.  He's already like that in "Brannigan Begin Again" and Amy isn't even in that episode.

My friend and I have very similar kind of exchanges.
eg:

Must be a guy thing?

Isn't Seymour in one of the movies?

I didn't like Michelle. She was alright in her cameo in SP3000 but a whole episode with her? It wasn't funny.

I hope the God Galaxy makes a return.

Must be. I just hate when some one insute someone else then tries to pass it off as like they weren't really trying to insult the person. It's probably just me though.
