I actually think Bender can look pretty scary at times, though I know he is mostly "the lovable rogue."  When he does really malevolent  stuff, though, he seems  pretty sinister.  His face is, essentially, a skull with glowing golden eyes (and sometimes red when his mind is being controlled by IObey).  In the right (wrong) circumstances he could look like a scary being in the Futurama universe.

Because Planet Express's stock is publicly traded and she thought it might be profitable someday?  Granted it's a pretty illiquid stock, but it is listed on the Intergalactic Stock Exchange.
