He won't.
When his body finally deteriorates beyond what medical science of the day can repair, they'll put his head in a jar.
Then he can have his family minions employees whoever! Screw his jar on top of a robot body, so he can still get into mischief, cause mayhem, etc.

Hey, if it's good enough for Nixon...   flirt

I reckon he'll build a machine to allow him to ascend beyond his physical form, and become a terrible, vengeful God. At least, I would really like to see an episode with that premise.

He'll probably live until 190-200 years old.  Or maybe once he dies, he'll unload his brain into a computer.

In our own time, human lifespans have already been increased significantly due to medical advances.

I have thought about it incessantly and profusely. I have pondered so deeply and intensely into the matter that I can now sit down and write volumes about it. What does that say about me?

He'll never die in an episode or officially released Futurama canon material so one could argue hat he he never will actually die. I don't want to see him die, and I don't think Groening et. company plan on killing off any main characters during the lifetime of the show, whatever that may be.

Actually, at the end of Teenage Mutant Leela's Hurdles I seem to remember he said he was a little older than he had been, so he's over 161!

Yeah, but at the end Hermes asks whether he's back to his original age so he scans himself, and then he says "Even older! Huzzah!"

Farnsworth may find a way to cheat death and become older and older and older, eventually becoming nothing more than skin, bones, and hair. Remember, Satan owes him one! (TMLH)

Either that, or he'll blow himself up one day, and Cubert will take over.

He'll probably transcend from his human body and become a being of pure energy like melllvar or the one that tried to date Leela
