I think its Kif because even Zoidberg is mentally stronger then Kif. Plus Zoidberg is a great fighter with his claws so Zoidberg isnt weakest physically and he isnt weakest mentally because Kif is much more of a pushover the Zoidberg.

No he's not!In a deleted scene Zoidberg said that he loves people who have power over him.I personally think Kif will quit in the new episodes(or maybe even in Bender's Big Score).Also Zoidberg was shown as a good fighter only in one Why Must I Be A Crustacean In Love.So was Fry.Kif was shown in 300Hundred Big Boys.So I think Zoidberg's weaker

My vote is for Kiff. I used to like him better than Dr. Z as I found Dr. Z pretty annoying with his constant complaining and search for approval. Before Kiff started dating Amy I found him to be quite entertaining. The way Kiff would reply to Zapp, he appeared to be stronger in will. Now that Kiff is dating Amy, he is whipped and seems to not be able to take Zapp's abuse with the sarcastic charm he once had.

I agree with NJ_Bella, that Kif is the weakest character.  However, I believe that since Kif has been dating Amy his character about the same, or maybe even slightly stronger? 

Also, I could never vote for Dr. Z, because he is too cool!!!! I couldn't imagine the show w/o him.
