The smiley did help in a mitigating way, but weighing it in context, it didn't seem to guarantee you weren't also pretty offended about the debating. And I just don't like taking chances on that kind of thing.

So...you all debated for half a page about the correct spelling and pronounciation of my username?

Also, a few things:
(1)I knew people would complain about my accounts spelling when I registered.
(2)I pronounce it "we-ner". In Nationstates, my one country is Weinersteinston. I pronounce it "we-ner-stein-ston".
(3)In the United States, it's interchangable due to so many people not knowing how to spell "wiener".
(4)Look at my signature.
