How come the Robot Mafia had it in for Flexo just because he threw his money around?  Plus, why didn't they go after Bender since he was disguised as him?

-It wasn't Flexo flashing his money around. It was Bender disguised as Flexo doing it.
-The Robot Mafia didn't know it was really Bender in disguise. So when they saw the two robots in the factory, they went for the one they saw.
-They didn't like him flashing his money around because it was "scab" money.
