Who do you think fry would have ended ........

up with if there was no leela in the show? just a little hypothetical here but do you think fry could have fallen for anyone else in the future like he did with leela? amy? maybe he woulda tried a little harder with his ex?

I think he would have ended up with a career chip implanted, and be stuck in a dead end job as a delivery boy with no friends.  Remember, in SP3K, it was Leela that eventually saw what was wrong with the career chip program, and quit for the sake of Fry.

it would be a different peson (terry) who would of tried to give him the chip and him being a man wouldn't be able to catch up with fry and bender (because he's just not leela)they would go to p.e headquarters talk about different lenghts of wires that the prof. used and then would be caught by smitty and url thus ending futurama in 1 episode

2) Therefore, it is reasonable to assume that similarities repel in most cases.

I don't think there would be a love interest in one of the standard crew id Leela wasn't there. Because I take Nerd-o-rama's no. 2 into reason here. Fry and Amy are to much alike, so they would eventually hate eachother. I think, if Fry should have a love interest in the future, and Leela wasn't there, he would have to find someone new in the city of New New York. Someone he doesn't se every day already.

I vote for Amy.  People who are alike get along well. As for kiff he probably will be the challenger or he could find a female of his own kind.

If everyone will remeber how quickly fry got board with amy while they were attached together - there is not chance a real relationship would work between those two.

He wasn't supported as a child - he needs someone to command him & boss him around, he obviously attracted to powerful women (Leela, Morgan, Michelle) so he probably wouldn't have been attracted to any of the women that were introduced in the show.

Well, Leela is obviously still living in the sewers, because her parents haven't put her in the Orphanarium. So when Fry flees to the sewers, who does he meet? You guessed it. And it's love at first sight.

Fry should end up with Leela.  It seems Leela is the character who gives Fry some guidance and looks out for him.  Fry should not be with Amy, because then what will happen to Kiff. 

So, Fry and Leela all the way.  If it weren't for Leela, Fry would be alone and miserable for the rest of his life.  Not even Bender would want anything to do with him.  Plus, I believe Leela is kind of like a mother-figure for Fry as well.

Hey, if that happened, there'd be no series. And a presupposition of Zipy_Googlemire's question is that the series continued. My earlier answer of course doesn't address the actual question, so I'll just go in the corner and pine for the fjords.
