When Bender is walking down the street in I, Roomate seeing all the places that don't have alchohol, doesn't it look like when Lisa walks down the street in She of Little Faith (the episode where Lisa becomes a Buddhist) and sees all the religions?  Also, how when Zoidberg says "Spare me your life story!" when Fry is explaining how he's not a robot in Fry and the Slurm Factory, it kind of sounds like how Homer says it on various occasions.

Either that or they're common jokes.

I've seen that kind of scene in so many TV shows... It is one of those cliche scenes. I think it is based on a movie, but I can't for the life of me remember which one.

Yes, it's a parody of a scene from Lost Weekend.  That scene has been parodied many, many times, including several episodes of The Simpsons.

In any case, we already have a thread for Jokes seen on The Simpsons and later on Futurama.
