My favourite season is season 4, as it has new episodes and Fry and Leela's realtionship improves. Also i think it's just funnier than the rest.

Season 3 because it has all the best episodes.

Also, this thread has been done many times before, and it belongs in the general disscussion, rather than the wierd scenes board.
