watching a few eps last night and happened to notice this

 Link One scruffy with a brown mustache instead of grey.

oh yeah and also when leela has destructor put his fist through the ring floor such as in this   Link Two the gaping crushed in hole seems to vanish in the next few seconds to pass.

take it or leave it.

#1 - Catrina changed the colour for a few moments, and made herself invisible at the same time, and eventually decided to show herself in up 'AOI II'...

#2 - Self-repairing arena, like those self-repairing cups from 'Cryonic Woman'...

May I also say, in connection to Scruffy's moustache, that I found a similarly strange image on the internet, any idea about it?

Feel free to get angry if this has:

a)already been noticed
b)already been explained on a DVD I do not yet own
c)or is a really silly fake picture

maybe scruffy likes to dye his mustache on occasion to jazz himself up, like his interest in getting the pink hair doo in 300 big boys.

Maybe he got older in later episodes, and his moustache turned gray.

That was Scruffy's first appearance in the series I believe, and they probably hadn't decided on a final design yet.

He had been seen on many occasions beore with different stuff and jobs... yet apparantly he had been at PE longer than any of them apart from Farnsworth.

A big HUH, maybe...?

He might have a lot of jobs other than just the PE. Considering what Farnsworth pays the people who deliver his packages and people who do his taxes, imagine what he would pay a janitor? I'm very sure that his first appearance was in 'Hell is other Robots', he was the one who wheeled the Beastie Boys on and off the stage.

After all, there seem to be lots of Sals. Maybe blue-collar workers are cloned to ensure there are always enough.

c)or is a really silly fake picture

a) I'm sure it has been, but this is the first time I've seen it mentioned

b) On the Season 1 DVD for "A Fishful of Dollars", Patric Verrone says, "That's the first appearance of Scruffy, but because he isn't identified and he doesn't speak, I don't get the character payments." No mention of the mustache, though.

c) It's not a fake picture. It is from a scene in "A Fishful of Dollars".

The reason for the mistake in color hasn't been explained on the two DVD sets that I own (1 and 2). Perhaps when the character finally spoke and the crew heard the voice, the character designers decided to give him a more mature-looking grayish mustache to match the reading. Or, due to the fact that he wasn't identified in the script, he may have just been thought of as a background character. I guess when he was later identified in season 2, the design people may have wanted to make him distinguishable from the original design.

In Anthology of Interest 1, after the universe is destroyed and everyone's playing Dungeons and Dragons, even though they seem to be in a no-gravity setting, Gary Gygax seems to use his magic gravity powers to roll the dice without a hitch. And who's driving the bus anyway?

Also in Mars University, when Fry and the Professor are trying to get the monkey to pick either the banana or the hat, you can see Leela in the background with her wrist thing on the wrong arm.

I actually added this after already making the post, but in the Leela's Homeworld episode, when it shows the flashback of the guy finding Leela on his doorstep he has one of those burecrat badges at rank 135, but 25 years later, he's still at 135? What was he doing all those years?

That's all I can remember right now.

Yup.  He sure does.  What was your question?

He was running the Orphanarium.  Some people work at the same job for 25 years without getting promoted.  Maybe he just isn't ambitious.

Well, he seemed very excited about his upcoming promotion in How Heremes Requesitioned his Groove Back, suggesting he at least cares about upgrading his ranks.

In TDHAIP when you see the Robot Devil playing his gold violin from behind, it appears to be brown, then the camera rotates and it turns gold.

That was Hermes, they're talking about warden Vogel from the Bender B Rodriguez Orphanarium (formerly Cookieville Minimum Security Orphanarium).

Another minor mistake - did you guys notice that when Leela is writing into her diary at the end of Love's Labors Lost In Space, the page after the one she tore out was already written in?

I thought it might have been possible that she had written some other stuff in, then come back to write about finding Nibbler. But there were already many scrunched up pages that she'd thrown away because she couldn't find the right words to describe that event - therefore, the page about the Nibbler/Zapp thing would have had to be after the page about whatever she wrote about afterwards. So I can't see any reason for that next page to be filled in, unless:

a) She went back in time;
b) She left about 15 pages to write one diary page;
c) She's writing in her diary from the back cover to the front cover;
d) Her diary has easily insertable extra pages, and we just can't see the spirals/lever-arch;
or e) What looked like writing to us was actually the wonky ruled lines of a dodgy diary.

So... what do you think it is?

I don't know if it's a mistake, and it's probably already been said somewhere, but I noticed one in 'Space Pilot 3000'

When Leela assigns Fry his delivery boy job, she points to the construction worker in the "You Gotta' Do What You Gotta' Do" poster, and you can see that he's got four fingers and a thumb!

Perhaps he's one of the sewer mutants?!
