sorry if this has been mentioned before.

during the closing bits in Bender Gets Made, just before the eye patch removal scene, there's an external shot of the PEHQ with the PE Ship imbedded in the tower section of the building. Thanks,i presume, to some nifty one-eyeless piloting...

but in the internal scene with the crew after, the ship is sitting nicely in the docking bay, without a scratch on it. the building or decor doesn't seem to be damaged either. i would think the meeting area and pantry would be devastated.

since Leela questions the Prof where he was at '10 last night', then logically, both external and internal shots must have happened on the same day.

Maybe the ship maaagically repositioned itself and maybe the building maaaagically rebuilt itself. Good catch, didn't notice that.

It's not actually that far fetched. Remember the teacup in The Cryonic Woman that fixed itself? If the technology was applied to the PE building...

Still a good catch.  wink

in Cryonic Woman, ironically the same ep. the tea-cup appeared, the PE building required manual repairs, not 'magic'. there was scaffolding and pulleys around the building when Leela and Bender returned to PEHQ to beg the Prof for their jobs back.

and Gocad, i was using 'logic' to prove the short time lag between the external and internal shots, much too short in fact to fix the ship and building. humans have a right to use logic too, right?  smile

Interesting sight indeed feralHuman which I can add to the list of little errors I seem to be incapable of noticing.

It's true that some time, thopses kind or errors aren't see by viewers.  But once you saw them, you just can't unsee them anymore.  It seems to have a lot of them in Futurama.

Well, there's probably a difference between a self fixing teacup and a self fixing office building... Maybe the technology isn't good enough yet, or it would be too expensive.

...Expensive? The PE do not seems very rich.  In fact, we never see the crew with money!
