The writing in "The Honking" was a simple binary number. Quite easy to deciffer, particular for a robot. Speaking Binary as a language probably require knowledge about pronounciation, grammar, etc. So Bender knows about binary numbers, but isn't wellversed in the Binary language.

It's a joke. Since Bender is a robot it makes sense that he dream in binary (akin to "Do robots dream of electric sheep?" ). The confused numbers and the appearence of a 2 is to show he's having a nightmare.

Well, my reply wasn't meant to be offensive or anything, just a friendly reply. I don't see what made you think I was accusing you of anything.
"so then I guess it's almost impossible to decipher." "It's probably jibberish anyway" These two parts indicated you might think there's a hidden message in the numbers. Well, it did to me.

Heh, Bender's Were-Car form is based off a B-Movie "the Car", they did a good job copying the form of "the Car" onto Bender's Were-Car form The Car Bender's Were-Car form i also noticed that the top center bar of his bumper tends to randomly appear and dissapear, it's there in the above frame, yet.... gone in this one
