And you should hear that line in the version dubbed in Castilian Spanish! The voice actor gave it just the intonation and the exact stress to convey the impression that, oh my, Farnsworth DEFINITELY liked the kiss and that he would like more. The Spanish translation of that line is "Ay, lo dirás por tí...", and it is... simply perfect (somewhere else I mentioned that the Castilian Spanish translation and dubbing of Futurama are top notch 90% of the time).

The effect is magnificently funny, for it is something that you don't expect to hear, both the text and the manner of delivery.

And, well, to add something to the topic, let us not forget the comment of Amy in PYHOMS after Fry tells her that he wants to break up with her...

Fry: Hey, I can get a date too. Now that I'm single, I'll attract all sorts of women!

Amy: With my body I think you'll only attract one sort of woman.

Well, I talk about what I know. I know Futurama, anime, indie comics, action figures, horror movies, Mystery Science Theatre.. And I like talking abou those things. If there's one thing I know more than anything else it's my own sexuality. So.. I wouldn't call it obsession.. Eh? We just enjoy discussing it. I'm sure it doesn't offend you, does it?
