benders head

in the slurm factory episode(i think) bender feels sick, farnsworth does an x-ray to find that he has a watch lodged in him, if he can survive fine with just his head why would a watch lodged in his body cavity make him sick?

perhaps the... erm. Maybe there was an... erm, thing and the watch, erm... script logic? wizards? script logic written by wizards?

I can survive without my left leg, still an open fracture would still leave me in great discomfort.

Bender's main symptom was a fever.  It could be that the watch was interferring with his cooling system.  The head might have it's own system, but gets overwhelmed when it is trying to cool both the body and the head.  (Think of trying to cool your computer with just the fan on your video card, it keeps the card cool alone, but if your computer's fan gives out, the whole system is going to fail).

However, he might have just been under the spell of a wizard.

Yeah, but having his head becoming ill when his body is damaged is a good thing, so it's probably something put in on purpose.

If he didn't register his body was damaged (or only registered it as a anomalous value)  he would keep on going, doing whatever it is he's doing, and then perhaps  worsening the damage.

Forget Benders head! Lets talk about Benders ass! In obsoletely Fabulous he was looking for a place to plug in his blender, and in Bender should not be allowed on tv he had a socket on his ass!

...maybe he got upgraded.  Or maybe downgraded, depending on which order the episodes are supposed to be in...>.<

Also, all the stuff in Obsolutely Fabulous wasn't really happening, and maybe that has something to do with it...plus that funny thing with the plug and the piggy wouldn't have happened, and that would make me sad.

He was low on power, so he didn't have enough to run the blender.  That or a wizard.
