In the episode Teenage Mutant Leela's Hurdles (S05E07) Zoidbergs brother Norman jummped into the fountain of ageing and dies after a few seconds, when Farnsworth, Amy, Fry, Hermes, Bender and Zoidberg go in they spend more time than Norman but still go bck to there origina ages.

Plus, Zoidberg explains that his brothers and sisters spawn from him, he jumps in with the rest of his siblings but they must have disappered for no reason.

I think the entire story about Zoidbergs siblings was merely a joke. After all, in "A taste of Freedom" we did see a young Zoidberg, and that was something you could not see in TMLH. The short version of what I'm trying to tell you is:
