I can't say I remember that, does he have any lines?

I think so yeah, he and Dwight are arguing over a football, Nixon and Agnew come along and Agnew rips the ball in half. It's the PSA Nixon plays at the end of the episode to cut-off the violence of G.I. Zapp.

I was watching the "Route of All Evil" last night and noticed that when Fry, Leela, and Bender were making the beer Fry just pulled off Bender's antenna rather easily and then put it back in with no problems.

If Bender's antenna is so easily detachable why did Bender have to cut it off in "I, roommate"?

It might be wirelessly connected to his head, and the only way to break the connection is to snip it off.

I also noticed today that a Bartender did the same thing to Bender in "A Head in the Polls".

Eh, TV shows contradict themselves all the time. The writers probably forgot about what happened in "I, Roommate".

Its kind of like Leela stating that it has been 13 years since she met Fry but Bender was sitting next to one of the orphans he adopted and the kid hasn't aged at all.

Well, that's at least intentional choice.

About Bender's antenna... Bender has always been surprisingly adjustable when needed, but maybe his antenna just has been upgraded or more likely, what UrL said.

Bender's mechanics have always been whatever they've needed to be to serve the purpose of the episode. I guess the antenna is included.

It's actually quite hilarious how many functions Bender has. I'd like to see someone make some X-Ray blueprints of Bender that attempt to include all of his functions.

I believe someone tried, but I don't know where they're currently institutionalised.

Hehe. I know there was that one site that attempted to draw the layout of the ship. That'd be even harder.

The Planet Express Headquarters, on the other hand, wouldn't be too difficult. It's a pretty massive building. The only real pain would be getting a staircase or elevator up the tower and into the observation deck.

If I recall, the Futurama game actually had the PE headquarters mapped out in 3D quite accurately to what we'd seen in the show.

Actually, if you examine the design of the map carefully you'll see that it wouldn't quite fit into the shape of the building, what with all the corridors that stick out quite far. There's also quite a lot of the building that's unexplorable, such as the observation deck and the other side of the employee lounge. Many other recurring rooms also fail to make the cut, including the accusing parlour and the sub-basement.

Still, it's a reasonable effort.

ANSTATMAW. I don't think it's online any more. Oh wait. There's a link to them here.

There was a thread not so long back where the floor plans of the PX building were discussed, and somebody attempted to produce an accurate blueprint.

Hah. There was more than one. Here's one.

Here's another.

Here's another.

This one's pretty good. Not perfect (the door next the lockers leads nowhere, for example), but definitely the best I've seen. I think this is what I used as a reference when I attempted to make an Unreal Tournament III map based on the building.

Naturally, I got lazy and gave up.

It's time to rewatch season 7B, starting with 2-D Blacktop!

Beautiful Giant Rainbowstar.

I'm not sure, but I might have previously missed the point of Fry getting squeezed between the cars spaceships. Well, probably I noticed it, but I didn't think about how he got into Flatland.

Mighty line segment! ...is too thick.

Whilst Futurama contains many neat details, there's also many small errors.

The famous ending montage of "Jurassic Bark" contains a little animation goof where this guy walking past the fire hydrant has his foot in front of the side part for a tiny fraction of a second before continuing on normally.

Jurassic Bark is now ruined. 1/10

They're both very similar spreads in the US, but jelly is made strictly from the juice of fruits, whereas jam is made from crushed fruit.

Unlike here in Australia, where both are just labelled as jam, and jello is called jelly.

Beamer, this is a strictly family-friendly thread, and is no place for your sexually suggestive comedic stylings. If you must make suggestive jokes in this thread, I suggest you censor them to the point of ineligibility, or at least whisper them.

So Amy has her Calendar rather full (except for Tue 23rd and Tue 30th), and although I'm not sure what the far column has on it, (I'm thinking the Sat 27th is "Hair-Tying Olympics"), the others are pretty hilarious for a a pause gag.
