A Clockwork Origin - Amy's Finger

Not something too special, but a small mistake that reminded me of another movie:

When Fry found Amy's cut off finger in his stew/soup/whatever, it had a pink polished fingernail. When Amy took it back, the remaining fingers on her hand were the usual "no fingernails at all" Groening style.

I was reminded of Tucker and Dale vs Evil, when they made a similar mistake.
When Tucker's two missing fingers were sewn back on, one of them was a woman's finger, immediatelly identifieable by a long, polished fingernail.
Okay...the joke was they accidently sew him one of the girls fingers on. Yet -when watching the movie a second time- none of the girls had her fingernails polished in the shown colour.

Knowing Amy, she probably arranged her manicure appointment at a stupid time, and only had time to get one finger done. 

But yeah a mistake is more likely.

Well..it would have been a fitting scene had Amy been to a rather long, expensive manicure appointment. And -after it's done- immediatelly rushes off to dig in the dirt

It seems like the kind of thing she would do:

(On phone) "I can't tell you Paige, I am so excited for this manicure!  I can't believe how lucky I that an appointment opened up, it's taken me months!  I can't wait to rub it in Leela's face, her nails have been bitten down to stumps, oh wait, I've got another call..."
"Helloooo!  Oh hey Professor!"
"Amy you were supposed to be at work forty five minutes ago!  Get her at once, and stop all this frivilous lollygagging!"
"Oh split, I forgot about work!"
"But madame, I've only done one nail!"

Not very relevant thing though...

Well...Amy explicitely mentioned that this was her finger and took it back (in case you meant the pink polish as proof it was not her finger. If you meant it another way...ignore what I just wrote )

Hey, that's the Government, who constantly hack into my account, who post those stupid stay-family-friendly Public Service Announcements. I'd never post an annoying PSA for attention.
