Possible Time Keeps on Slipping Goof

I recently Rewatched Time Keeps On Slipping and I noticed that after the time skips, some people remember what they were saying or doing like when the preacherbot remembers that he is about to say, "man and wife" and can complete his sentence. However, in other instances, like after the second time skip, The atomic superman doesn't remember he is about to dunk the ball. Why do some people remember things, but others don't?

I don't think he remembers, he was just in the middle of saying it when the skip happened....

The Superman was in the middle of an action, so he was probably like: THE FUCK?!

Yeah, it's not so much they forget what was happening, it's just they end up in the middle of an action. For example, the PE ship is able to continue taking off when the time skips. The Preacherbot probably has said that service many times before and has memorized it by rote so he's able to just continue. The Superman is just really confused, but he doesn't necessarily forget anything.

I interpreted the skips as the person involved continuing along their normal timeline  while their surroundings skip ahead in time independent of the person experiencing the skip. So, yes, the person experiencing the skip doesn't so much "forget" as become incredibly confused as to what the hell just happened.
