Just because Frankie's not in the asylum because he thinks he's a lunchroom worker, he's in there because his lunchroom worker-related delusions apparently caused him to commit some form of a crime.

No one said he was in there because he thinks he's human, just that he thinks he's human. He could have a whole lot of other things wrong as well.

The fact of the matter is the mental asylum is for robots doing things they arn't designed to do. Programming errors if you will but far more complex

They may have all been criminly insane.

Here is a dumb but funny thought. What if he tried groping some women because he thought he was human. They threw him in the asylum for being a sexual predator of some sort.lol I am just saying there are unknown variables of why the robots in that asylum were criminally insane. Maybe I am not making sense, its late, I am going to bed.

No, evil lincoln is real.  You're thinking of robot lincoln, who was born in 200 log cabins.

To each their own.
B5 and BSG have their strengths and weaknesses.
I think BSG - at least the recent "re-imagining" of it, starring Eddie James Olmos - was stronger in dramatics and characters. B5 was more 'scientifically accurate'. Hey, whaddaya expect from a show with Harlan Ellison as science consultant?

this is true, so why would you even need an asylum for robots? All you need to do is reprogram them, and you're having troubles, buy a new one for 20 bucks.
well, its 30 bucks and theres a 10 dollar mail-in rebate.

Oh come on! CRIMINALLY insane just sounds so much better than regular, ol' Insane. It's like saying "underpants" in lieu of "underwear"—it just adds a certain je na se quoix" (may not be spelled right)
