Residual quantum fluctuations from the end-state of the previous Universe (or simple randomness) would probably cause the following one to be different, but I do hold the Cyclic Universe theory to hold some merit.

As for "believing" in it... that's an irrelevancy. Belief does not make something true.

So what you're suggesting is some kind of eternal self replicating pattern like a Julia Set? It would certainly facilitate spacial displacement.

Perhaps its better evident in the Julia "seahorse" model. The interiors actually look like tiny universes.

Agreed.  However, belief in something determines whether you were right or wrong, and perhaps that makes all the difference.
