Who here knows the name of the overseer that signs for the giant sandstone block?

I know the first symbol but I cant remember the second one.

Its a bird with two wavy lines underneith.

From what I can gather the Bird-sign equates to "sa", but I haven't figured out what the wavy lines means yet. Any sugestions?

The bird is "A" but the wavy lines are "N"s (from the site you linked to).  So his name is "ANN"?

Having consulted a book on hieroglyphs, I have come to the conclusion that the symbols are made up. There are many bird glyphs in ancient Egyptian but none with the lack of detail shown, almost all have wings. The only bird without wings is the sacred Ibis, generally refering to the god Thoth, however there is always more detail areound the feet, the bird is ankle deep in water and there is a little detail below the water line. Also the beak is curved and the head is smaller and usually contains an eye.
Likewise, the two wavey lines appear to be made up. There are rippled water glyphs but these are zig-zagged and have more repititions of the wave. The two wavey lines are close to the astrological symbol of aquarius, again this usually has more repititions of the wave but depictions do vary here.
