In Futurestock, the new delivery ad made by PlanEx features mom sayign stuff in a wierd voice and what appears to be backwards writing? What is she/it saying?

She said something like:
We are all one earth. One family. One mom...

one of the american presidents, i don't remember which one, would collect acorns while walking around the white house yard and when he returned to the house he would give the acorns to the squirrels. He did this every day for a fairly long while, long enough for the sqirrels to learn to expect the food. But one time he was in a hurry to give some sort of important meeting and neglected to feed those squirrels. halfway through the meeting he happened to glance toward the windows and saw that there were dozons of squirrels lined up against all the windows peering in through the glass. He never forgot to feed them again. creepy creepy creepy.

I feed squirrels too. We had two of them: Moochey and Buddy. They ate many a peanut we threw to them, until they died. The end.

Well, I figured out what the text says, but it's rather... strange, to say the least!  :)

It appears to be the names of two former US presidents, more specifically  William Howard Taft, and Grover Cleveland (Thank you Google!  :D)

Judge for yourselves:

Don't ask me what that has to do with Futurama, though!  :)

On the left, in the boxes, it also says "TAFT," "CLEVE," "LAND," and "GROVER."

Taft was also the only President who served on the U.S. Supreme Court and his great-grandson is now Ohio's Governor.

Taft didn't just serve on the Supreme Court, he was the Chief Justice.  He's also the 'other' president buried at Arlington.

The ep just aired in the UK - I cracked up laughing when I saw the PlanEx ad, but that's because I'm an Apple geek and it was a parody of Ridley Scott's '1984' ad for the original Mac (which was only ever aired once*, during the Superbowl). Either I missed the dozens of other threads remarking on this, or everyone else on PEEL uses a PC...

*Well, twice, but the other showing was on some obscure station at a very late hour so it would qualify for some ad award or other. See, told you I was an Apple geek!

Well, I do use a PC, but I still remember the Apple ad. Here in the US, a great hoodedoo was raised about it in the news when it was made; now Super Bowl adverts are an annual staple of all news media. Isn't that just sick?

GoogleVid Beta is greaaat! Although watching it I was reminded a lot more of Brazil than 1984. But then lets face it, Brazil was besically the equivilent of 1984 in movie form anyway.

edit: Omgdz, was she wearing an iPod?
