Okay so I've been pretty confused but, I think it's just a minor goof. In the episode Teenage Mutant Leela's Hurdles we see the crew get younger. But how can Bender get younger when in the episode Bendless Love we saw that he was simply assembled?

I guess it was just so they could make the basis of the TMLH episode fit. I have no idea though. Any conclusions as to what's up here?

It's a cartoon and they wanted to play around with bender a bit.

And this sad excuse for a thread started by yours truly:

And that's only what I could find in five minutes or less of searching.

Doesn't David X. Cohen address that issue in the commentary?

If I remember right he was actually mistaken when he explained it. I belive he said that it all took place in a machine so we didn't get to see Bender be manufactured, but I could have sworn that we did. I am to lazy too "fact check" right now, maybe later though.

I noticed the that about Bender in those episodes myself.  That was just a continuity error.

Agreed it is probably an "error" by the writing staff but I think everyone wanted to see Bender as a child.

The younger Bender was funny. I liked his motorbike.
