What does the banner say?

EDIT: Also, did anyone notice in the scene with Fry at his desk and That Guy selling the company, Scruffy mysteriously appears, and then he and Hermes mysteriously disappear, then Hermes reappears?

I'm gonna be a stickler here:

It's "Hayom atah robot", referring to a male robot.

Not only that. First, on "Hayom" the final letter (Mem) is not written as a final letter but as one in the middle or beginning of a word.
In "Robot" the final letter should be "Tet" but instead it is "Taf", meaning they mis-spelled the word robot, but in purpse, to make it look more like the bible (the robots seem like from the "Hassidic" sector, the more fanatic jews).
I think it is said before, but "today you are a robot" is a pun on "today you are a man", a phrase used in Bar-Mitzvas.

The robots are dancing in circles which is a common type of dancing in jewish celebrations (bar-mitzvas, weddings, etc.)

Actually, it doesn't defenitly has to be the Horah.
Being from Israel, and attending more than several jewish celebrations, including some of which my own, I think it is safe to say that it doesn't have to be the Horah.

I missed the lack of mem soffit (I've only been learning Hebrew for about 8 months).  The other bit of trivia is that it is called a "bot mitzvah" which sounds like "bat mitzvah", the female equivalent of bar mitzvah in liberal Jewish denominations.  But the peot on the robots would imply they're orthodox and therefore it must be a male robot (that and the "atah" as opposed to "at" ).

I wonder how they fulfill the "Pru oo rvu" commandment (which means in fancy biblical hebrew - "have sex and bring lots and lots of babies", the following part did not reach the bible (but can be seen in the Bible's DVD's deleted scenes): "then don't go to work, get money from the country, living off the backs of honest working men and women" )

I'm jewish, but I couldn't read it. That's awesome, I thought it was just a bunch of letters.

Robots can have sex. And they can build babies. Well, they don't even need to make babies, they just need to bring them. They can go to a roborphanage. robot sex = mixing minds. Remember when bender fell in love with the ship?
