In the series has landed they go to the moon and there is that weird moon mascot guy that bender sticks his beer into. In ITWGY when fry is about to blow the violet dwarf star he is in the crowd did anyone notice that. Does anyone know who that is?

He is the mascot at Luna Park.  Though, more popularly known as Craterface.  His appearance is a reference to A Trip to the Moon.
