I'm trying to figure out which episode opened with alternate music by Christopher Tyng. I'm not talking about ITWGY or the beatboxing intros.

That'd be "Spanish Fry", Arachono-Spores.

Also "Bender Should Not Be Allowed On TV" has a beat-boxy alternate intro as well.
