I just saw this episode and I noticed something.  After Leela wakes up and says,

Leela: I was having the most wonderful dream. [She points at Fry, Amy and Zoidberg.] Except you were there, and you were there, and you were there.

Alright, I can understand her being mad at Amy, for insulting her in the dream and Zoidberg, for dumping water on her and just being Zoidberg, but what did Fry do in the dream to annoy her?  Bender should've been pointed at since he killed Mom after Leela was happy she had a family.

I wouldn't read too much into the meaning of her words. The dialog is pretty much a direct quote from the same scene at the end of The Wizard of Oz movie (from 1939).

As with the Slurm factory episode (Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory, 1971), I would recommend watching the original movie if you're unsure about aspects of the episode that parodies it.

In this case, the characters that Dorothy points out when she wakes up back in Kansas are played by actors who also played different characters that she met in Oz.

I could never figure out why replied to Fry as she did in A Clone of My Own.

Fry: Damnit, we'll have to fix the engine ourself.

Leela: We can't, you bastard! No one knows how it works. It's impossible!

Sort of non-sequitur.

I thought she only used "bastard" as continuing the joke when Bender was trying to shock the Professor into waking up - "Young people use curse words!"

That and the frustration she must have been feeling at the time.

Yeah, I get the parody, I've seen Wizard of Oz a million times.  I just wanted to point out Leela feeling annoyed by Fry for some reason while she was dreaming.

Do you mean her tone of voice?

I think that she's annoyed and dissappointed to A) be wakeing up in Kansas & B) not be a witch. And based on what actually happened in the story, she's got no particular reason to be any less grumpy toward Fry than any of the others who were there with her.

Well, maybe she just likes to get out of the norm. She sees these people and alien everyday, and maybe her view on wonderful is something new and different.

The point of those lines is that Bender says "young people use curse words" then Fry says "dammit" and leela says "bastards" and they're young people... connecting the dots?...
