Personally, I don't consider either leaving the universe or returning to it to be 'teleportation' per se, in the same way that I don't think that the two boxes 'teleported' into their own respective universes at the end of The Farnsworth Parabox. However, it just a matter of semantics, really.

He never used "The Time Code" as far as I can recall, so how can be a paradox? Unless in the fourth movie there is some explanation that Nibbler used "The Time-code" Before.

He left the universe... somehow.

I've searched numerous dictionaries for a definition of teleportation relevant to the discussion, but found none. Therefore, I offer this one:

Tele•por•ta•tion (tel' ә pôr tā' shәn), verb 1. the act or process of instantaneously moving an object from one physical location to another, without that object occupying the intervening space.

I presume you mean a ‘temporal paradox’?
That is, a self-contradictory situation arising as a result of time-travel?
Well, there’s nothing particularly self-contradictory about Nibbler leaving the universe, and unless I missed something, no time-travel was involved.

Nibbler was pretty-well dead-set against using the time-code at all - which, was the main reason he ‘left the universe’ in the first place - so, I strongly doubt he’s used it.

"Somehow?" In what other way could Nibbler come back in the 3rd movie, if he's not a paradox without killing himself by eating himself?

Meanwhile, if they didn't really feel the need to give us an explanation yet of exactly what Nibbler did/where he went or how he came back in the third movie, then they're probably not going to do so.

Yes. "Somehow." IE.  Exactly what happened was not addressed 'in canon', therefore we don't know.

According to some models of how the universe works, that I'll not bore you with (cuz' I prob'ly don't understand'em well  enough t'do them justice) our universe is the surface of a higher dimensional shape. "M-Theory," if anyone gives a rip.
Nibbler seems to contract to a point, and dissappear. Perhaps - and this is my speculation only - he moves out of 3-d space and into a higher dimensional space, or at least three other spatial dimensions.

As to how he came back...

Needness to say you have your right to say no he didn't teleport.

And you have the right to your opinion as well.
Seeing how well we can fit the know laws of Physics to explain aspects of the show is fun!

Maybe just, maybe just maybe from eating himself he became microscopicly small for a time untill all of sudden he turned back to his normal size and then showed up again.

Or maybe he did in-fact eat himself by killing himself but the new guy we see in the 3rd movie is just a clone?

Other then that I don't really see many asking the question"How did Nibbler come back?" 

I think he came back by Teleportation.

Or perhaps he came back something like Fry did in "The Why Fry".

Or maybe but unlikely there be a answer in the fourth movie to this question.

Insufficient data.
As I said above:

Exactly what happened was not addressed 'in canon', therefore we don't know.

There must be another unstated reason or reasons.
If Nibbler can teleport, perhaps:
There is uncertainty as to exactly where he reappears.
He can teleport only so many times.
Or only so frequently.
Or only between certain points.
Or the writers want to make a gag of it.
Y'get the idea.

This is my speculation only, and there are probably a hundred (more intertaining) reasons.

He said "everybody out of the universe". He exited this plane of reality, he didn't teleport. I suppose if he can exit it, he must be able to re-enter it. Just wasn't shown.

Maybe he did teleport out of his cage.  He managed to get out of there somehow...  Then again, the bars on the cages were spread far enough apart that it almost looked like he'd be able to just crawl out, so maybe not.

I don't think Nibblonians can't suck up (would not eat) mettal in that matter.

I obviously meant that he simply manipulated a pocket of negatively charged matter thus stabilizing a wormhole which allowed him to push himself into the future thus appearing to disappear or "teleport." You must not have seen Ben turn the Frozen Donkey Wheel

Then perhaps this, what if Nibbler had eaten a hole in the fabric of reality to escape to another dimension. In other words that you,me and everyone can understand, he went though a (wormhole /plot hole/ gateway to another universe.) Of some sort, so he can probably come back the same way he came, by doing the very same in that parallel universe he went to. If indeed he did?

All in all, we mightn't never know the real truth about this.

Again you to seem be hurassing me on everything I say @Bear, or is just me? And did I say yous didn't have rights on PEEL? No!

Plus it is a good thing to bring up it, to give lessons to others who think they are right, and no one else as the right to express their opinions because you think they are wrong, and you are right, no matter what, even though you don't have anything to back it up.

Saying things on the lines of "well obviously"no, your're all wrong shut up and listen to me" "I obviously meant", blah blah blah.

Now me, I have never made it out, that my opinion is the one true fate, but you seem to do it @Bear.
