Bull Space Moose Party

In "A Head in the Polls," when Amy is talking to the stoner in the pro-hemp booth, there's a booth behind them that says "Bull Space Moose Party," which is a pun on the underground Canadian comic Space Moose, about a degenerate sociopath moose which ran for ten years. Here's what Space Moose looks like.

But the moose in the booth looks more like Bullwinkle.

Well guh, of course it's a take-off of the Bull Moose party. But they add "space" to a.) make it sound futuristic, and b.) to also possibly make a sly reference to some comic thingy.

i think it's i mix of 2 things.
it's the bull moose party, but, there is a moose standing under the sign.
so they did add space to it for a reference to the comic as FishyJoe said.

I think the two are unrelated. As FishyJoe stated, they probably added 'Space' to make it futuristic. Remember "Love and Rocket", where Fry heard a crashing sound and wondered if it was a 'space cow'?

but yes, your theory made sense too, to make futuristic, they added space.

but you can't tell me there is absolutely no connection between the two,...
