The audio commentaries are, overall, very very good.  As in, excellent.  And, as is true of any David X. Cohen et al. commentary, almost all the Easter Egg/inner secrets are revealed.  For example, before Scruffy works for Planet Express, his presence is noted in other episodes.  (E.g., he pushes in the Beastie Boys.)
