The one thing I just thought of, is if Hermes sold his shares to Zoidberg, he'd have nothing if they did sell to Momcorp, so why'she so fucking happy when the sales were briefly worth $107? If he sold them to Zoidberg and Zoidberg sold them to that guy, Hermes would have nothing
