In the book "Comic Book Guy's Book Of Pop Culture" from the "The Simpsons Library of Wisdom" series, I found something you may find interesting in Comic Book Guy's Apartment; a "Bender blender".

 http://img517.imageshack.us/img517/8437/cbgbb22ow.gif

Also, "Bite My Shiny Metal Ass" is listed as one of CBG's favourite TV/Movie quotes.

Comments? (Also, I wasn't sure where to put this; it was either here, in merchandise, or in general... But I don't think it's been mentioned before. I searched with no results, and this is a fairly new book.)

I'm not sure where this should be either.  Pretty cool, though.

Everything in that apartment rules.

So! Fucking! Hard!

I've never felt like such a hipster, but I actually identify with this weirdo.  I have some expensive Swiss record players that I'm just a little too smug about, and I've never heard a sentence as cool as "If it doesn't play on one of these, it's not that entertaining."

And I would pay two months' salary for a Bender blender.

...I am shamed.  For one, I will never have an apartment that kickass.  For another, I don't get the Stargate joke.

I must know!

I think the Ancient Egyptians had 360 days in their year, so the Stargate SG-1 calendar follows likewise.

That makes sense, I suppose.  I know the Romans did something similar.

Let me check the Wikipedia...
...Yep, 360 regular days and five "extra" days per year on the Egyptian calendar.  However, there are still 12 months (of exactly
30 days each.)  Then again, there are four months to each of the three seasons on the Egyptian calendar, so the writer most
likely got confused.

Ah well, as long as the calendar has pictures of Amanda Tapping in USAF fatigues, I don't really care if it makes sense.

Now that's an apartment.

Though I have to deduct CBG 100 points for labelling a map of Middle Earth as "Dungeons & Dragons RPG". Very unbecoming for a nerd.

EDIT: I take it back.  It is exactly identical to Middle-Earth.  -500 XP!

The collection of obscure audio/video format players sounds like me. It takes a masters' degree in electronics to figure out how to work my entertainment center, as I have like 30 things hooked up to one TV. No edison wax cylinder player, though.

I'm pretty sure that was just one of your hallucinations.

What you're probably thinking of is the episode "Future-Drama" where Bender appears in a car with Bart and Homer then Homer throws him out.

Neat! I especially like the description of number 13 as "ridiculously overpriced pop art." It's so true...
