Well, beside of the fact that this (probably) rather belongs to "Human Resource Dep." (since it is about a character's developement), a similar question was already anwered in the thead "what happens too calculon ":

The only potential change is the possible chance for Fry and Leela to go on a date. Even that is somewhat questionable.
