Leela's parents in 'I Second that Emotion'

Yeah, they're in the sewers in 'I Second that Emotion'. Right before that mutant sings about El Chupakneebray, they enter at the top-leftish at the back of the crowd.

Did anyone else notice this?

1) El Chupanibre.  It's (fake) Spanish.
2) ...I'll save you the shouting and threats of violence you're likely to get from other users, but suffice to say that, had you bothered to use the Search funtion, you'd have found several dozen versions of this exact topic.

Suffice to say, yes, of the nearly 7000 registered users of this forum, at least one did ahappen to notice that little detail and already posted it here.

Yes, hundred of thousands of people noticed back in 2000 when the episode premiered, and millions have noticed since.
