I just watched this episode again and i noticed 2 things (not sure if anyone has said them)

1-Why did the Bachelor chow sign still had a bit of the "Implant Sign" after it all flip ?

2-When Fry, Bender and Leela are in that head Museum and the cops show up one of them says "shut up one eye"(something like that) to Leela and Leela says "no one makes fun of my nose", What is up with that ?

1. That is something Matt Groening and David X. Cohen cared a lot about while creating Futurama. It should be filled with old and new technology, but still it all should be malfunctioning like it does today. M. Groening said that in a commentary
on Futurama. It is included on the first DVD set.

2. Smitty told her "Keep your big nose out of this, eyeball!", she replied with "no one makes fun of my nose". Thats one of the early jokes on Leela's personality.

But what i want to know is why is she getting mad at someone making fun of her nose when useually she's getting mad at someone making fun of her Eye ?

Dude, it was a Pilot episode. Details weren't completely finalized at that point of production. (As far as I know.)
I'm also not sure on this point, but I don't think her nose is mentioned again after that.

It's irony!  You'd expect her to get upset about the eye, but she gets upset about the nose.  They commented about Leela's nose in the commentaries at least once (at that moment, and possible at other moments).  I believe it was David X. that commented on how the animators couldn't bear to draw this beautiful heroine with such a big nose, and they eventually sized it down for their benefit.

Did you notice when Leela is calling for the police on her wrist thingy that it is on the wrong arm. Or is it always on that arm...?
